Making changes via the console
I've started a dedicated server in my basement, and it runs fine.
I've set the rcon_password “mypassword” in the server.cfg. When I'm in the game, I open the console and type rcon_password mypass, and nothing happens. I try making some server changes via the console, and it doesn't work.

after setting the password, you send commands to the server by preceding the commands with "rcon"
for example, if you want to talk as the console you would enter:
"rcon say I am the console and I will ban you"

rcon kick ID
rcon ban ID
You can get the ID from typing status in console. Funny you mentioned this, yesterday I was on a server (non TG) watching hackers using super speed!
