it seems there are options for joining games
1) join random server with random people (normal matchmaker)
2) join TG 'open' server (that matchmaker people can be placed in and fill up)
3) join TG 'closed' server, that only steam group members can join
my thoughts on this are;
steam group only is positive in being able to actually get on our server with TG folk but its also a bit clicky
An 'open' server that is open to matchmaker can become easily full with non TG members
It would be good if we could have 'open' servers with reserved slots
