Achievement not working...
I know achievements really don't matter, but I just finished a 4-player co-op of Death Toll, where I was the only person to make it away on the boat. For some reason, a couple of the other guys got the Toll Taker Achievement, and I didn't, even though I was the only actual survivor. Has anyone else had problems like that? (PC Version)

Nope. I checked my list afterward and it just wasn't earned. Not really that worried about it though, I know I will be playing it again anyway.

I'm not sure if this is the same as the achievement you are trying to get, but I noticed it on the steam forums:
Link here- Often, completing a campaign and surviving does not unlock the achievement (survive the No Mercy campaign and other 3 campaigns). Sometimes a few people earn it and others don't. Original thread Reason: If your on a slower computer that doesn't load the game fast enough, the openeing cinematic will play without you and the game starts. Once you're done loading you join the game but the system doesn't count you as being in the game 100% of the time, therefore at the end of campaign you lose the achievement. [confirmed]

You also have to be in the game the entire time; you can't join later or exit and reenter. Though you can use the take a break button, of course.

This happened to me, might have been because of the bug Cat just mentioned but not certain.
Really it should give you credit for completing each level, and once you've completed every level of a campaign you get the award...

I'm sure it wasn't quite intentional... Likely that they will add in a timer from cutscene end to how long you can join and it 'counts'...

Well my HD is a 133 ATA (non-SATA), plus I did have to go inactive for a minute while afk. I don't remember whether I got the cinematic or not, but I'm sure I do load slower. I guess I could play through the single player (blah) to make sure I get it, but thanks for looking into it, I'm sure it was one of those things.
Also, I fully agree with you DaBrit, that would make more sense. Unless they could argue it wouldn't be fair if you happen to join just before the team got to a safe room on one level or something.
