I was walking home in dim light today, and I was listening to music. The song I was listening to had a vaguely infected scream-like sound. I live pretty much in the middle of the forest, but near the sea as well, and there's a harbor quite a distance away, but the you can hear the sounds really well thanks to the calm, open sea, and just then they started making a lot of noise, similar to the sound you get using the crane, opening the door, etc. I immediately thought to myself:"crap, woods on one side, open lawn on the other" I half crouch, only then realizing how stupid the whole thing is. Just then, someone out for nordic walking tops a small rise. All I see is the black hat/hoodie(Not sure, in the dark) and my heart jumped up into my throat until I saw the yellow vest. I felt like such a fool as I passed him>_>
