The new UPDATE took away VS Hard/Expert and set them all for Normal. It sucks

I have set up a server for our TG-303rd members and anyone else who like playing VS!

I have tested it from the lobby and it seems to be working great.
You will need to use sv_search_key "tg303rd"

I'm sure there are many ways but the best way to join a server using sv_search_key is to open console befor you make game.
Type sv_search_key "tg303rd", and the create VS Lobby and enjoy.

It should only let you play VS matchs... I tested it on a normal campain and you could join other team but the maps were not setup for VS. What I mean by this is there are no ladders to allow you on roof tops etc.. But it does add a lil twist.

F.Y.I. It's on a 100mb connection so you should have a nice fragging time
I also added a mod that makes more BLOOD emit from eveyone you attack. It's pretty sick, well I hope you like my server

Hey no problem, I think I might have found another way to play the other 2 campains on VS. When I get a chance I'll try to configure & set it up.

Server seems to be running smooth but if anyone has any issues or problems... plz drop a pm or post.

There is a guide to setting up the other campaigns as versus, but they maps aren't polished (i.e. textures missing, or the wrong textures in place, climbable areas not marked by the claw prints, etc).

I really don't understand why they didn't use those maps. I'm sure they must of tested them but since its a scoring from the survivors point why wouldnt any map be ok?

Not to derail this thread but those campaigns are "being worked on" says Valve somewhere. The maps did not test well in versus.

Well as of right now the only way to play custom capain/VS is to download maps and install them on your local hard drive then join server. I have tryed fastdownload and few other different ways and no sucess. Looks like were at there mercy.

Can I get an invite to the group? No matter what buttons I seem to push, Steam refuses to even bring up the group's page in the client.

Because I find that VS is more fun. VS allows 8 friends to play together instead of just 4. And TG has plenty of Co-Op servers that don't seem to get used.
