Moments of Hillarity
So I'm finally glad to have been able to catch some rounds with you guys, but I have to say some of things that have happened as a result make my sides litterally burst with laughter.
Anyone else have these? I'm sure you have.
I was playing with Wyz the other night and since he was hurtin' and I had a spare medpack I went up to heal him. I then proceeded to serenade with a "Bow-chicka-wow-wow" to which he replied in a deep voice "Ahhhhhhh!"
Other key moments include telling smokers that they're "not allowed to second base on a first date"
So what's your funny moments in Left 4 Dead? I wanna hear them

Re: Moments of Hillarity
I don't remember who did it, but...
There I was, prone from a nasty zombie attack. A fellow survivor begins to revive me. Suddenly, a hoarde comes at us. The said "rescuer" steps back and unloads a full auto-shottie at me. I be dead. "opps, sorry about that. it thought you were immune during that. My bad."
mmmmmmm I so wanna revenge kill.
additionally, one time a tank was chasing someone. I threw a molotov and hit the survivor. The tank ran up, smashed him down but caught on fire. "mission success!" I yelled. "thanks for lighting him on fire for me!" Unfortunately, the survivor didn't live up to his name. No helicopter for him."Sympathy means a lot, coming from Kulmar. I didn't think it was possible.

Re: Moments of Hillarity
We're playing a game of coop and we're playing on expert, three of us go down to a horde but we all survive the rush. The fourth guy goes to revive a fallen buddy so we can continue only to be shot by another fallen buddy who thought he was a zombie. Saying VoIP was interesting would be a serious understatement, but it cracked me up anyway. To put it into better perspective, I think we were within visual range of the safe room and had played through that particular part no less than 4 times already. I won't mention DaBrit's name, you'll just have to guess who it was on your own...

Re: Moments of Hillarity
How about doing the rooftop mission and watching the horde run around looking for the survivors and cant seem to locate us. The versus zombie guys cant get to us for fear of getting mowed down...
And then one of our team logs out and the "bot" leaves our hiding position and alerts the horde of our special place under the stairs to the ramp. We got baaaarfed on at least 5 times and the tank couldn't even get a hit on anyone let alone throw any debris at us. And there was only one way in and thats when the bot decided to leave and move towards the choppa.
She gets mauled and drops down on the pad before the chopper sets down. I being the nice guy even to the bots decide since the chopper is coming the timing is good to go for the pad and also try for a revive. I make it to her with no problem and proceed to revive the bot at which time one of the TG guys brings the tank to the top of the pad and smacks me off the roof, or so i thought...
He actually smacked me away from Zoe off the building and directly into the chopper for the WIN! Sadly, Zoe the bot didnt make it to the end credits. And I have to admit that was an amazing smack and perfect timing by the chopper.

Directly into the chopper? Wow.
They should have made an achievement for that."I've been working since I was sixteen. I fought in two wars. Hell, I've killed people. I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy it..."

Re: Moments of Hillarity
A tank was trying to get me in the chopper the other day. I was up on the seats as far back as possible. He smacked one player, but I got away! woot!

It's all about team work. Up until there is one seat and two bodies.

Re: Moments of Hillarity
We were coming up on the rooftop on the No Mercy finale on versus, and somebody said to throw a molotov up top to clear it out before we go up. So I threw a molotov up but accidentally bumped my mouse at the last second. So the other team saw it go up then right back down again into our hole. I jumped over the railing to get away and was burned alive dangling there till I fell all the way down to the bottom.
Both teams were laughing very hard. Classic.
