hahaha... actually the 'human pipe bomb' tactic works well sometime... the other day we were playing on expert and were down to two of us. Our two teammates had respawned in a closet ahead, but we were badly wounded and out of ammo.
Then bodofooko got boomered.
At first I was going to go help him, but then I noticed he was in a corner, handling things just fine. So I just ran ahead to the closet and found our two teammates! I'm not sure we would have been able to do that if he didn't get Boomered!

I had it happen to me in the farm finale. Just as the truck arrived I took point to get us out there, figuring we'd fight the last horde and tank in the open. As the gate came down I tried to jump in the truck to cover the tactical retreat but couldn't get in. Thinking it was a glitch I jumped, moved back and forth, and side to side but just couldn't get unstuck. I turned around and fought off the zombies best I could and the rest of the team jumped in the truck. Still stuck, I got boomered and bum rushed. Just as I passed out the camera panned back I saw the tank bashing my head in and the truck pulling away. They left me to die. They didn't try to help, they just left me to die.
And the rub of the whole thing .... I was in singleplayer mode! My fricking COMPUTER pipeholed me!
Oooh man am I thinking of a new build!
