I didn't see this until I was looking for L4D news updates today so this might be old. No I haven't seen or know where to find the actual movie the article is talking about. For sure, this may fall into the "you know you've been playing l4d too much when..." category.
I'm at loss for more words though. Is this good exposure for L4d?

I've seen it (and know a guy that has it hosted on a private server so he can try and rickroll people with it) and it's.....interesting. It's ridiculous/hilarious until the last 5 minutes or so, when it devolves into essentially Amateur rape porn.

This is like a milestone for game developers. Sure, you can win awards and sell a bazillion copies, but you've only truly made it big once someone makes a porno of it.
