Playing on a Steam Server (sadly not ours since I couldnt get anyone to play) I linked up with 6 buddies and 2 new guys and started playing Blood Harvest versus.

Game was going normal as expected up until we got to level 3 "The Bridge". The survivors were split up and 2 had made it to the house were the other two were still out on the tracks. The tank spawned in and took out the 2 stragglers while 1 left the house to cross the bridge and the other went to help the downed survivors. As the tank proceeded to punch the fresh meat the last survivor made it to the rail car at the end of the bridge but as she shut the door she got pounced by a HUNTER! Because she was pounced the door shut didnt give a game over screen in fact it allowed the HUNTER to maul her till she was dead. Infected VICTORY!! But heres were it gets odd...

The round cant end until the door is shut and no living infected are inside the saferoom. A solid tactic if a team is making a run for the saferoom is to get the infected inside of it. A hunter hiding in the bathroom of the SR on nm-01 can quickly finish off that lone survivor who ran ahead.

On the last level "Farmhouse Finale", the same team that had lost the round with the rail-car-door-shut-HUNTER-pounce started up and failed to make it to the arrival of the military. Next round was our turn and we didnt make it either game over, tally score & roll credits, right?

Wrong! It started Farmhouse Finale again! And my team started again as spawned raging Infected at the Farmhouse, which was still destroyed from the previous match, and I was the TANK! The Survivors started at their rail car and proceeded to walk the tracks to get to the corn fields. Where I caught them as the tank as the climbed up the cars to get to the overlook above the corn fields. Well all 3 were easily dispatched and only the girl (same from level 3 in above mentioned situation) was left alive! So I went looking for said character who also showed being active on the "TAB" screen. Once I got to the start point the only thing visible was a floating Colt .45 with a flash light on! The round never ended!!! I ran around the map as the TANK for several minutes till boredom set in.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has seen this and was curious if its a glitch or not?

I've seen that one before. I've also seen bugged tanks cause finales where the rescue vehicle never comes, I've seen the game just bug out and spawn a tank during the initial horde when you hit the radio. I've seen the tank incap all 4 survivors with a log when 3 of them were inside the rescue vehicle. All those on the blood harvest finale.
