L4D free 24-hour access Fri 1st May

Starting this Friday at 12:01 am GMT, Steam will be opening up the PC version of Left 4 Dead with a free 24-hour trial for all to try. The trial includes access to the recently released Survival Pack DLC.
That means a 5:01 PM Pacific and 8:01 PM Eastern start on Thursday for those Stateside.
Those who wish to take advantage of the offer can now pre-load everything needed to play with no obligation to purchase.

Awesome! Let's be sure to idle in the steamgroup chat room and help our visiting friends get up to speed. After 9:30 or so, I'll be running some coop sessions... hope others do the same!

was it extended another 24 hours? mine says its gona last from
12:00 am friday - 10 am saturday thats well over 24 hours
