Xbox achievements for L4D2 - im not an achievement whore but you can backwards engineer some nice things out of them:

- Revive 10 dead Survivors with the defibrillator... defib? rly?
- Bile Bomb? Will it make commons attack targets?
- Honk the noses of 10 Clowns. WTF? lol

.. and if they announce L4D3 2 weeks after release... I will smile - grab some popcorn - AND preorder!

Looks like he has something growing out back of his head, and his arm looks more dangerous, now that it's all big and ugly.

Yeah, that was announced a while ago. It takes the spot of the health kit. Probably will bring survivor back to life with black&white and some more temp health that revive would.
Most interesting. Must be new feature for boomer, failbooms could still bring every infected around the corner to hang around near where the bile landed and attack.
Puking on the tank or any other Special Infected would make the common infected follow him/her.
This also brings me to this:
I guess it's somesort of new pipebomb. It clears the area of common infected, but they will not die from it; unless you throw it in the fire.Collect 10 vials of Boomer vomit from infected CEDA agents you have killed

Looking at the achievements really makes me want to play.
