So how about that Jonathan Coulton.

Left 4 Dead 2 Easter eggs rock (quite literally). As I'm sure many, if not all, of you are aware; there is a jukebox in the first stage of the demo that will play music if you activate it. It plays Jonathan Coulton's "Still Alive" (pretty fitting minus the lyrics referring to the Half-Life universe) and "re: Your Brains" (A very fitting song, minus the facts that the "zombies" aren't out to eat your brains...and that they are technically not "zombies").

I had heard "re: Your Brains" before, but when I heard it in game I couldn't help but roll over laughing. And then I had to stand around killing off wave after wave of hordes until the song was over.

If you haven't heard this yet then a) Go find the Jukebox or b) look up the song on Youtube. It's awesome!

My favorite part of "re: Your Brains" is how the horde music starts right as the zombie chorus kicks in.

XD That's the song I heard the lyrics from.

I and a bunch of friends were watching one of us playing the demo on his laptop (lag FTW), and I told him to turn the jukebox on. That was the first song to come on, we all cheered!

Then another guy put this on.

lol I guess that fits as a zombie killing song.

Also I didn't realize that listening to re: Your Brains summons a special horde at the first chorus. Thanks Razcsak for mentioning it, had to go listen to it again just to experience it.
