Steam Accounts Hijacked
If you receive a chat from your friend with the below info, it will hijack your steam account. The address below is broken up so that nobody clicks on it.
"Nvidia Gives you 3 STEAM GAMES FOR FREE! Just go to http://www. three for free. tk and claim YOUR games"
I have already received a report in the admin forum, as well as receiving messages from TG players (who I will not name). Do not click on the link. Google has already taken some measures to block this site from those visiting it, as well as Firefox.
This post will remain stickied until Valve takes care of it.
Update: Valve is aware of this phishing attempt and has taken action against a lot of accounts which were reported for misconduct. Please contact Steam Support for any inquiries. And as a reminder, please use common sense before clicking on any suspicious links that you do not expect to receive.

Re: Steam Accounts Hijacked
I re-sticked this thread because more proliferation of hacked accounts have been detected. I also received several PMs regarding this, and I even received a steam message regarding free games. Not all of the phishing sites and addresses are the same. Please be very careful before you click on any links that seem suspicious, and always do a search on the internet if you have reason to suspect.

ALSO!
Even if you do not intend to get phished on those sites DO NOT let your curiosity get the upperhand and visit them! There is more than likely a nice little poison package hidden on those sites, that will try to get trojans and other stuff onto your PC

Re: Steam Accounts Hijacked
I was just going to mention the exact same thing Lyra.
Most of these sites have malicious js code embedded within them, you don't even need to click any links or divulge any information to be put at risk. Just avoid these sites altogether,
Be extra vigilant when chatting to other people over the Steam network, even you closest friends. ALWAYS ask people to verify themselves if they give you links in Steam chat, A good tip I heard the other day was to set up a 'secret question and answer' for when sharing links with one another, this way you can be assured that people messaging you are in fact your friends and not someone masquerading as them.
I'm luck enough not to be hit by this yet, partly because I am paranoid when it comes to crap like this but a good number of my friends have been.
