Re: Left for Dead
This looks like a refreshing game. Sounds sort of like Zombie Panic though!

Re: Left for Dead
Sounds a bit easier that zombie panic with the amount of ammo you will have at your disposal and the fact that you can comm with your squad mates when and where ever you are (and even see your squad mates outlines through walls) however it still does look to be fun just not very tactical, and the challenge looks like it comes from the amount of enermys and nothing else, pity.

Re: Left for Dead
Heres the Tactical part Disiple. If you stray away from your group you die and chance getting the rest of your team killed.
You have to help revive fallen teamates as you push forward to your objective of escape. I think it has 4 to 5 scenerios to start but will have more added later.
Even though you can see where your teamate is through the wall if the boss zombies get ahold of them you may not have time to save them.
You can be revived I think 3 times before your dead out the game. Being revived means you still can fight but only from a proned position and you will not be able to move only fire.
I think theres gonna be plenty tactics. Maybe more like group formation. Only time you can really do somewhat of planned tactics is when you can get into an ammo or like a safezone. Besides that its go go go!FUN FUN

Re: Left for Dead
I pre ordered this baby today too.. Also it should run almost similar to the way CS Source runs on your computer considering they both run the same engine but with a bit more updated graphics

I will be unable to buy this for a while. The whole "in the process of buying a new house, selling our house and selling my kidneys for cash" thing.

Good luck getting rid of your disease. If you're infected, though, stay away--I can't afford to be a zombie right now.
