Ok. I've just taken a look at the navigation mesh and I've also tested hostage rescue in game. No problem here. I've grabbed the two lower-most hostages (the ones in the project room) and rescued them many times with no problem at all. So I don't understand where the problem is.
Does anyone have the same trouble?
When I said if you have the last version I mean that I have updated the map after its release and then probably you could have a older version of it, with some navigation mesh's errors.
Anyway try to download it again and let me know if the problem persists.

This map seems pretty good, my old qualm is what's the point of the sewers? They seem to be connected to just the first level which a CT can already run too and not need to go down.
