It looks like a good start to me. Still a bit blocky, 1.6ish, a bit empty and bland on some spots but otherwise it's good. Oh and I suggest replacing those custom car models, the Mustang GT and such, by stock HL2 or CSS cars because if the model is heavy, people won't want to download the map.

More foliage, more pictures on the walls and like xeon said it is a bit blocky which im sure can be fixed with a little time. It is also a bit too bright in some areas of the map and buildings.
Also since I think its pretty easy a slight change in some of the wallpaper would make it look more authentic, maybe even some trimming at the top or bottom.
