This map is a candidate for removal from the server. It lags most players, and there is an alternate version of the map on the server.

I like this map as well, very PCS friendly.

There are several version out there. I think de_go_nukeB9 is the latest but I haven't checked in a while. Last time I played B9 I didn't lag at all.

But, this map we're debating here isn't B9.

I'd reccomend getting that map, and removing this one.

Why are you up at like 4 am British Foreign Time?

Also, why do we never see these maps played? Like obviously there's no call for them.. I play alot and I have never seen it come on.

nukes_b8 used to be in rotation. Then we changed to de_go_lag *ahem* go_nuke sorry. Then we removed it because it lags and clears the server.

The reason these maps don't get put on, is that the bulk of our player base wants to play train, office, italy, dust and assault pretty much. They all have their reasons. Hopefully we'll begin to educate the players we have, and raise the standard of PCS on the server. I think new maps will help this happen, and at the same time, as we get the PCS message across, I think they players will (generally) want new maps to experience PCS on. Kind of an unvicious circle.

Evne with that in mind, bad maps, maps that aren't fit for PCS, and or maps that simply dont attract any players aren't worth having, are they?

I liked the map but yes lots of people seem to lag on it. If you can find a better version than this would be excellent for PCS style play.
