I used to play the old ones on dreamcast and then blue burst on pc for a bit and now i'm going to try out universe.

http://www.schtserv.com/ Free psobb private server. They even provide a download for the game and have given it some community updates.

I was a huge fan, and put in 100's of hours into Phantasy Star Online on the Dreamcast. I really miss the game, I tried PSU on the 360 when it came out, but it did not capture my attention the same way PSO did. PSO had a great soundtrack too!

L1on it's funny you mention that. I was so disappointed with PSU that i found that psobb server and got hooked all over again. What a great classic game.
If you guys want to hook up let me know.
