Where do they all go?
So I was taking a look at the gauntlet list and noticing a bunch of names I recognized. That was only about 7 months ago and I could only find 20 of the players on that list that I have seen since I started playing again.

What I am suggesting is we take this list and try to find the players who used to be really active in the community and get them back into it. There are a lot of quality players on this list that added a lot to the community and it needs to all come back. Whether its NS2 that will bring them back(whenever that happens) or just talking them into it.

I was on last night, came in around 1:30am. I saw Wyz and Dead Meat on as well. For me, well the server just hasnt been filling up much, plus I've got a new job on dayshifts so I have to be in bed by 11 when things usually get rolling.... if they do. I've also been overwhelmed with s*** this past week, not to put a burden on any of you guys but an uncle of mine killed himself this past monday so theres been some chaos going on in my family. I love to play NS and always check the server to see if anyone is playing but like I said, it just ain't filling up much when I've got the time for it.

I've been playing TF2, and the NS I've played recently is all CO because I never see TG with people on it. Also, I always forget about the waiting room.
Also, I'm going home tomorrow and won't have access to an NS-capable computer again until late January.

So basically what it is, is everyone is stopping to look at TG at different times and there is always no one there cause no one is joining an empty server... hmmm... well... I would chill in the ready room for like 10 minutes waiting on people to join... because no other server is of the quality of play that TG is

I still browse the forums occasionally, but haven't played for some time. I took up a 2nd job for a while so that is eating a lot of my time to play. I'll definitely be around again once NS2 comes around!

For me, NS could out due xbox 360 games for only so long.

Hey thats unfair.. I've played recently. I just don't every night, there are other things to do and plenty of studies i have to get done. That and it wasen't very enthusastic about going to play after getting sevral invs every night. Those have mainly stoped so if i get bored of TF2 i'll come.
** besdies, you can't force people to play for the sake of the community, i assure you that whenever NS2 starts looking like its coming out they'll be alot more chatter and such. Or if i ever finish my map... you know its not actualy that far off i just have been to busy to put in the last few hallways, i've connected most everything but the middle to the 2nd hive and the 3rd side hive is unconnected.

I actually saw Wyzcrak and pokerface on the TGNS server at the same time the other night. Since a gathering of such epic proportions was happening, I felt joining the server in order to ramble incoherently and shoot at walls was in order.
But then again, there's probably all of 4 people at TGNS who even know who I am anymore. Honestly, I blame keres.

I knows teh fenix. We had some good games way back. This week has been pretty good, had some really good games tonight (CAN YOU SAY ZERO HIVE ALIEN COMEBACK? YES, YES YOU CAN).
