Can anyone explain.
How I can take a demo and turn it into an avi?
I have 2 pretty sweet demos, if they were pictures I'd frame them and put them on a wall, for all to see.

Fraps will take your small demo and turn it into an unbelievably huge avi. After running the demo and re-recording it in fraps, you will need to compress it. I use the LEAD compressor with the DivX codec. It's lossy, but can get them small for easy download.
