This made me laugh. As most of you may know, Cagey is primarily associated with this BUS mess we keep hearing about.

I saw that the other day. Something flickered in the corner of my eye so I sat staring at that thing for a long time and suddenly I saw it. Gave me a good laugh.

A long time ago Flayra, the creator of NS, announced that a new system would be added to NS that would have a big impact on the way it’s played. The system got the nick name Big Unannounced System or BUS because the details of the system were unannounced.

The programming talent behind the system is Cagey. During the development of the BUS Cagey took a job at EA, but now he is back to work on NS and the BUS.

The joke is that if you watch Cagey's avatar for long enough a bus will roll by. Its an inside joke for all the NS forum junkies.

Here is the original news item from back on April 1, 2004
