Your Uncle Sam one won't be accepted either. They have very strick dimension rules, and it violates them.

Aye, the dimensions allowed are pretty much that. No higher. You could go smaller, but thats it.

Just try to shrink it and use it for your sig or an avatar if you shrink it enough
