I have a question about the sponserships. how many are we allowed. will there be a set number of endorsements. like one per month or unlimited but requires several other members to to ge a reserved slot. Also i'd like to sugest a tag system for when people are trying to get a reserved slot. such as a tag like [TGReg] or something. the reason being that new people to the server will ask what it means and then we can explain the system without sounding like salesmen. this could also help with members in knowing who has a nomination. maby a munber could be added to the tag to show how many votes that player has. such as [TGReg2] for 2 vote. i dont know how the system will work but these are some sugestion that i thought of.

Here's my weigh-in on the matter (because I know you've been waiting with baited breath).
This sounds like a keen idea for players, but not for TG the business. Were I granted a reserved slot and only played NS here, I'd have little reason (aside from personal pangs of guilt) to become a fiscally contributing member of the TG Community.
So my thought? Give it a time limit, something like 1, 2, maybe 3 months. Let the regulars taste the golden spray (pie to the person who gets the movie reference), and then take it away, and let them go bo back to pubbing for an equal length of time before the reserved slot can be recaptured.

The problem poker is that most, including myself, of the players that play NS here are still in school and can't not afford to pay for a membership. This allows the people who can not pay but still play by TG's rules to play in the server with the playing members who enjoy playing with them.

Coming from someone who's played here for quite some time now and can't easily afford the monthly fee, this sounds like a good idea to me. TG's main draw is and has always been its regs, paying or not, and if it means a greater number of them being present in full games then I think it's worth potentially scaring away some pubbers(which I think would be less likely to happen if this policy was in the MotD). If it creates a problem then it's never too late to simply remove it; nobody said this was a permanent thing.

We made sure we got approval from Apophis and told him what our plan is.This sounds like a keen idea for players, but not for TG the business. Were I granted a reserved slot and only played NS here, I'd have little reason (aside from personal pangs of guilt) to become a fiscally contributing member of the TG Community.
NS is a great game, everyone knows this. I doubt anyone would pay 10 bucks a month to play only that game. So to get people interested in the TG community would be more benificial than letting these teamwork oriented players drift away.

Besides, as more and more people get reserved slots, the server is going to be full, and then the only way to get in would be by having a membership..
