Killing is good, building is good, but quite frankly, you don't need to kill anything to win a game, it just helps because you don't need to respawn and go back to xyz waste THAT much time, that could be used for building, or shooting, or whatever. Staying alive isn't of paramount importance, killing alien hives, res towers, and chambers is, staying alive makes the fore happen more.
Judging from this, my best tactic is to build, guard, and whenever possible, execute a tactical withdrawal.

"Withdrawal", not so much. "Tactical Keep Your Butt Moving" might be more appropriate.

Nub training is in session, no one is there. I hate you all. :P
You've got until 9 eastern before I vacate. Hustle.

edit: it occurs to me, looking at the date/time of my post, that some may have thought "Thursday" as opposed to "Wednesday" like I was thinking (I hadn't gone to sleep, so tomorrow for me WAS Wednesday). I hope some people show to make me feel less like a fool. :P

I blame the time zones. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

If I'm online, I'll happily take anyone aside and teach stuff, even if I set up my own listen server to do it. Look me up, or call me aside in game if you're up for it.

Negative. I have company over then (read: mom, dad, mother in law, and family friends). I might be able to make it LATE, but probably not.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.
