disconnected...
something went wrong with my steam, last night, i was gonna join a server as usual and then it said that it was updating steam. i clicked 'ok' and it did so. unfortunately, when i wanna join the server, it gave me this terrifying error message:
i'm lost now, someone tell me what i can do please

That's happened to me also. All I did was shut down Steam and restart it.
Worked fine after that.
There are a number of threads on the NS forums about this.I do what I can.
