When you see them, please join me in thanking squeak, zib, and kormendi for assuming the responsibilities of admin access on the TG NS server.
Each plays regularly and understands what our server is about. Having been with TG longer than most of our regulars and active in NS for just as long, they've agreed to help maintain the server as the quality NS destination they've enjoyed since they started playing here. I look forward to the contributions they'll make both on the server and off.
This means that what they say on the server goes, of course. Feel free to contact them, just like any other of our admins, if you need anything whatsoever related to NS at TG.
Thanks and congratulations to squeak, zib, and kormendi.
Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.
Read the TG Primer, the TGNS Primer and most importantly, the TGNS Rules | My Website!! birdie_in_Texas:ok..i feel stupid here..what is "NS"..? Wyzcrak:Natural Selection. Don't feel at a loss for not knowing the acronym. Feel at a loss for not having experienced the game.
Is kormendi the game officer for Dystopia? Or am i thinking of someone who name sounds like kormendi.
I am happy for the more admins. A server like ours need admins who play regulary so that those poeple who hurt their team on purpose can be dealth with.
It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
Things usually unfold faster than...
