Server downtime
The tgns.tacticalgamer.com server has become unavailable due to what appears to be a hardware problem. Until this is resolved, the SE server has been put online running NS with no plugins.
209.19.57.72:27015
The lack of plugins means the following will be unavailable:
* reserved slots (including those for members)
* unchained chambers
* asay / amx_page
* /res
* /stuck
* taglines
* Cheating Death
* anything else that requires a plugin (MetaMod or AMX)
Only after we estimate how long the original server will be unavailable will we decide how much effort is justified in recreating the plugins configuration on the SE server (which typically is intentionally plugin-free).Steam Community? Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.

If we could only take one plugin I would go with Cheezy's respawn system. Combat just sucks without it.

Actually, co_asterisk isn't loaded on that server presently. I can load it on that server tonight, though.

when i view almost any server through the steam server window i usually get no response from any server, and if i do i get a nice 1999 or 2000 ping ( :P ) however if i right click and do a show info i see everything fine, players, map, number of players, the ping is still some times disorted but i ignore it. i dont know if this is your problem or not, and i dont know how to fix it.. Er, no, try joining it. The brightness is borked, many console commands don't work, you can hear people moving in the RR but they just stand still on your screen, if you join a team the scoreboard doesn't change and most of the HUD never shows up, among other things. Why do you think it's still empty? There was a small game going early in the afternoon, but later we had 4 people in the RR at once and it happened to everybody.
