Use of low rates
I looked around in the rules and didn't see anything, might be in the primer?
But anyway, there are a few people that come to the server once in a while that use extremely low rates in order to obtain an advantage. Their character models skip around and make them extremely hard to hit. Poor pepper got banned for expressing his extreme hatred for one such player, lol.
To me its an exploit of game design.. but im not in charge of deciding that.
what do you all think?

I think that if you've got a question about what might or might not be cheating, an admin would be preferable to a public forum.
