ChopStick Down!
So I've moved out to Halifax to work for the summer (Halifax is right on the east coast of Canada for those Americans out there), and I don't have a NS capable computer. I was hoping this computer (a friend's whom I'm living with) would be able to play NS (thus allowing me to continue with the tourney), but unfortunately it's an old laptop (integrated video ftl). So, ChopStick down.
I'll probably check the forums every so often and I'm sure I'll be back to my NS addiction in the fall. Sorry to those on my team in the tournament, this decision was very last minute/in the moment.
Good luck to all

In Canada?
You'll be missed, chop. Give NS a try on the laptop; it might go (I was surprised when it worked on my cheapo Dell).

The problem with internet cafes in Canada is that we have to convert US packets to the metric system first.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Zephyr: Apophis is clearly a highly sophisticated self-aware AI construct that runs on a highly modified toaster oven in Wyzcrak's basement.
