Gauntlet Servers
Who runs/owns them?
As I noticed both of them are up and unused, would it be possible to allow clans to use one/both servers for matches/scrims?
I would/or others would just need to know the rcon to change maps (and update it to the latest ANSL rule plugin thing)

They are Tactical Gamer's, run from the Community Events servers. SMs may reserve them for certain uses.
NS Game Officer. TF2 Admin. BF2 Admin / Scripter. PM with issues.

If they're not being used otherwise, would you guys mind if the dojo's tournament players could access them (locked) to play on?

If they're up, they're up. There's no guarantee that they'll remain up, or configured well, or anything of the sort.
