Hammer setup

Sadly i must ask this, but i recently fooled around with many of my computer files and it seems i undid my hammer setup (most of it) can anyone post a guide or show me to where hammer can be setup for NS again? thanks

Never mind, googled and set it back up myself hehe.

* never mind, still can't get it to run, says the exe i'm using is bad or something.
