Meet half-way: In case of a marine relocate you could chew to MS CC down to no bars early game, then kill the RT.
Later during a pivotal moment during the game, send a skulk to MS, kill the chair, run from the commander. Make him have to walk or waste 15 seconds trying to suicide. This way the chair goes down in 2 seconds with one skulk when you need it dead. A good skulk could keep the commander busy even longer without killing him.
Not very viable, but someone could always try it out next time a commander relocates.

I thought when you relocated it was standard for the CC at MS to be recycled and the comm would use the CC at the relocation. Therefore, I don't see this being very viable during any game when the marines relocate since there is no CC at MS. But if the marines do relocate, you can hit the relocation hard since the marines cant beacon to the relocation. So if you hit the relocation during the hive rush try goin for the buildings not the CC like every1 else said and go for the observatory first of all or atleast the phase gate so then if the marines do beacon they cant build a phase gate at marine start and phase back to the relocation.

Whenever I see relocations, the comm always stays in the first chair unless it is destroyed.

Whenever i do a relocation, i typically leave the chair and let someone else recycle it, and get nodes on the way to our relocation spot, or,, i drop myself a PG at MS after we get phase tech, build it, phase and recycle MS CC.
