my own spray works, but i am unable to see other people's sprays! help!
whenever anyone sprays something, it just shows up as a small red blob..

Check the following settings (they may/may not affect it, I'm not sure)
r_decals (should be greater than zero)
cl_download_ingame (should be set to 1)
