    Is there an NWN2 dedicated server included on the disc?

    The D2D version has it, it appears... so the disk most likely does...

    how exactly do you play a game like this in multiplayer? Never have, just did the SP campaigns for the first one, and it's 2 add-ons.

    Do you just do the chapters of the story, or PvP kinda of combat?
