Did you know...
All weapons in Dragon Rising have a very small (0.01%) chance of jamming each time a round is fired. This means there a 2% chance of at least one jam when firing a 200 round belt, or 9.5% chance when over 1000 rounds.
Pressing the reload button will remedy the situation. Missiles and vehicle mounted weapons are not susceptible to jamming.

Re: Did you know...
It'd be cool if it'd be possible to make a mod so the more you fired the higher the individual chance of jamming. Would also be a bit of a deterrent for spraying.

Re: Did you know...
Thank God... you scared the crap out of me lol. In the grand scheme of things I can live without a joystick, I can always use my ruble pad for flying but no mouse/keyboard would be insult to injury. You may want to clarify that in your original post

And nice pictures as well, I was a little distracted in the last post and forgot to say something
. What are your system specs and what resolution do you play at?

The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil Constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted them to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or to be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men.

Did you know... Only one player at a time may access an ammo crate/cache. Press E to use, select your weapon/gear, press E to exit.
Did you know... Pressing the ' key shows the ammo-type and fire-mode currently selected (especially usefull in hardcore mode where there's no onscreen indication of semi/burst/auto)

Re: Did you know...
Did you know that under barrel GL's do not have a minimum safe arm distance? When switching weapons with the quick menu be sure not to hit fire by accident behind cover... Found that out the hard way.

Did you know the AI can see through the grass? It annoys the hell out of me and I really hope CM does something about it. I remember ARMA 2 suffered from the exact same problem.
Keep it in mind when you go over a hill... they will always see you first.

Did you know that when throwing a grenade right clicking will throw it underhand? It may come useful when assaulting a building.

Re: Did you know...
When entering a door if you press forward and E you character will kick the door in allowing more rapid entry. Ideal for situations where you need to enter a building quick as the enemy knows you're nearby.
Crouching or just pressing E without pushing forward will have a standard/quieter entry for those stealthier atacks useful when the enemy is not aware of your presence.
Obviously puttign the boot into a door will only work sometimes depending on which way the door opens - if it opens outwards forget about it! ;o)
