Re: Have a question? Get an answer here
we could create a coop game with password and invite friends, friend could see the invite and enter to accept, BUT then they cannot connect. however if we created server without password then people can join from invites but also anyone can join from server browser
..... so is there a way to successfully run a passworded coop game ?
also we had 3 TG in a coop game, we worked out F5 was voip, but it seems that VOIP is squad lead to all troops or one troop to SL. troops cannot hear eachothers VOIP
...... is there a way of getting squad wide voip, no matter whos talking ?

No.
There are five bonus missions you can unlock with these codes.
There are also custom missions. If you spot one you like here or here, be sure to share it with the rest of TG here.

A bit of a technical question. Does anyone know of a way that I can bind the 'Start' key to crouch? I have a mac keyboard and 'Control' is impossible to use comfortably... Loving the flipping jeep video (:

Re: Have a question? Get an answer here
I'm having problems getting the mission editor to launch on my machine. Does anyone know if the enemy AI can have any variability/randomness as far as where they spawn and whether or not they spawn at all? I'm looking for something like the ArmA editor feature where you can set a radius where it is possible for a unit to spawn and set a variability as to whether they spawn at all.
Otherwise, we are gonna get really tired of playing the same missions multiple times.

Re: Have a question? Get an answer here
If you downloaded via steam you need to go to this folder and launch the MissionEditor.exe
32bit windows
"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\operation flashpoint dragon rising\Mission Editor\"
64bit windows
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\operation flashpoint dragon rising\Mission Editor\"
I don't believe that it is possible to spawn enemies within a radius although it might be. You can however use .lua's random math generator to make it pick different spawn points or whether or not something spawns at all. As far as I know though you will have to assign specific spawn points rather than just a specific radius. I'm not that great with scripting and I've barely cut my teeth in the editor to this point.

Re: Have a question? Get an answer here
Thanks for the info. I'm able to find the editor just fine. It's requiring a MS VC++ 8 package that it isn't recognizing even though I have it installed. I just get errors when I try to launch it. I have both the 2005 and 2008 version of the VC++ redistributable package and still no dice. I'm guessing there is some kind of path problem because I'm on x64 but I haven't figured it out yet.
Hopefully some clever people out there will find some novel ways to make the enemy AI more variable in multiple plays of the same missions. The campaign missions play out in almost exactly the same way every time, which is a bummer.

Re: Have a question? Get an answer here
There is a few threads on the official forums regarding the VCredist files. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing them? It worked for some people so it may work. If it doesn't work try searching this forum: http://community.codemasters.com/for...lay.php?f=1311
