THX... now if the view ain't moving, it's not supported, like in the gunner positions or anywhere in the M1A1.

Do we know how to determine which vehicles support it?

How did you get it to work withtout the game supporting freelook? Did you have to modify some code or did it just work out of the box?

    Also, any luck on infantry?

nope... someone pointed out to me that my SimHQ review was wrong... so I turned it on and started up the game... works with SOME vehicles, mostly the driver position.

So far I've used TrackIR in the Humvee, DPV, the FAV I think, MH6/AH-6, Blackhawk, and I think the cobra but I can't remember. Works okay, although at the edges the vehicle disappears, also the HUD on the choppers is part of the game HUD so when you move your crosshair moves making it impossible to aim properly with TrackIR active.

Is there a way to look around when in the vehicles without the use of TrackIr, aka 2142 Hover-tanks?

NO, one of our many complaints about game design decision.

and I'll overlook your "aka 2142 Hover-tanks?" comment in our OFP DR forum. (jk w/ u)

    Oh, bummer.

In-fact it was only a few months back that I found out how to turn the view-turret of the hover tank without turning the whole thing. Anyway, less about about 2142! (:
