Question about multiplayer?

I don't have the game yet but, without a dedicated server how do you play with other TG'er? Also do you play against the AI or other people?

And is this an upgraded GRAW2 type game?

Maybe somebody will give me the game for Christmas.

We use a combination of programs to know when to connect. TS, X-Fire and the in game friends list. We have regular hosts that have stepped forward to make sure we have stable games to join and most of the hosts "luv'it" when TG shows up to play because we bring the elements of teamplay and communication.

There are always a few AI in the game on both teams and its important to remember and play the FTL roles. The game does play a lot like GRAW in this respect and I have characterized it as GRAW on 'roids in the past with elements of ArmA. Unlike GRAW, the AI are going to see you and the closer you get the deadlier they become. They also use advanced battle strategies and are relentless. I find it a very compelling game and it has limited all other gameplay presently except for special events and due to the support the POE players have contributed to this game I am trying to make time to play with them on Friday nights (at least for an hour or so). You would feel right at home with the group of TGers who have assembled around this game and I consider them the best of the best - last count, we had 5 IHS' represented in our active players.
