OFP server and player questions?

Well the game club featured OFP as our game of the week last night, but the last few times we have played OFP on our co-op tactical server we have ran into problems, so this is a fact finding mission in hope to identify and possibly fix the observed problems.

Please be advised, I am not a game officer, or an admin for the OFP server... I'm just here to address problems, not step on anyones toes.

1. Who is the admins for OFP?
(I'm sure it's here somewhere, but couldn't find the list.)

2. Who has the power and how do they do it to password the server when TG meets to play?

3. What are the console commands, or server procedure for changing maps, re-starting a map, kicking players, and whatever else an admin my need to do?

Thats really about it, if we could get some answers and fixed the above three problems we'd spend more time gaming on OFP night instead of trying to figure out how to game.

Here's the DS-Admin.rtf file from the 1.96 dedicated server files. It contains the admin commands and parameters for the config file.
