Hm, nope, don't agree. I think the light, composition and balance in the second one is better. It has less immediate visual impact, but aesthetically, I can look at it for a longer time and my eye roves more peacefully within the compositions' textures and depth. It's framed well by the trunk on the left, and the dark rocks on the right without being closed-in. The orange tree in the upper left draws the eye into the layers of colors which are very nicely saturated and balanced throughout.
Actually this photo is quite lovely. Nicely done.

Nice one, whats the shutterspeed on these pics? 1 second I presume? Do you use any extra filters (gray) to counter for this longer shutterspeed?

No ND filters, it was overcast so I didn't need them. First shot was 1.1 seconds, second was 0.8 seconds, 3rd was 1/3 second. Probably could've used an ND4 filter on the 3rd shot, but I didn't have one for that particular lens anyway
