I don't quite get this last one, because there is a T in 'team'?! But there is no T in 'igorance'.
Am I not just getting this anti-bullying poster?

We did exactly that at my former job. Drove the manager crazy! He loved those stupid corporate motivational speeches and poster and other crap.

What was funny is he didn't even notice it at first. We replaced about six of them before he caught on. I guess all he saw was the picture and the big, cool word and missed the details.

That is the problem of many managers. They miss the details.

Wha? It says: There's no "I" in team, but there is in isolation, intimidation and ignorance.

Oh that makes sense now, the low-resolution made the "I" look like a "T" to me. Funny thing is I've even seen that motivation statement on other posters before and didn't remember.
