    There was a Replicar kit for the 280z that looked almost identical. I picked up a 30 year old Z to try and build the car and after a talk with the manufacturer and trying to find an existing kit for sale had to abandon the project. Ferrari went to court to stop the sell of the kits three years after they went into production and I carried the brochure around for years never realizing that they were not available.

    I am not a car nut. Actually I don't like driving. The only class of vehicle that I find attractive are minvans because they are just so darn practical.

    With all that said this car is really more than a car. It is a work of art and it makes me smile.
