Could be fun with friends, and drunk...
Hey... it's better then Minesweeper I quess... for some quick and dirty game play... lol...
Battlefield Heroes is a free (with in game advertisements) internet based game coming soon, this is from the public beta, so allowed to be shared.
Tutorial:
You create up to 4 characters before gaming, via web site
First match I played in
First Kill
First Death
Second Death:
My friends
I leveled up
We win
Second match:
Idiot brings a knife to a gunfight
I'm sniped, (snipers and "spies", knife guys are way too many)
You ever dance with the devil
We won again, I guess... was always too ZERO, lol.
I need another beer now.Magnum

fun game to goof around in as long as your client doesn't randomly boot you out of games and keep you from connecting again

Looks interesting. Battlefield seems to be going down the small, online, cartoon games route at the moment. With BF1943 as well.

He's trying to be funny, but it's just sad.

Same. And they are only releasing 3 maps to begin with.
To me it seems that it is only Battlefield Bad Company 2 that EA/DICE are making as a 'serious' game. Which is a shame, I would have thought that with the popularity of BF2 they would have continued with another similar game. Meh we will just have to see how these two pan out.
