Re: For you exquisite seafood lovers...

Oh man, looking at the Lobstah Roll has me soo excited for summers on the coast here in Maine. You cannot find better Lobstah then here.

Grunt's got it right. Here in Maine, we Mainah's love our Lobstah because it's wicked good.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

Re: For you exquisite seafood lovers...

Ok, since you like this sort of thing here goes a very simple recipe.

1 - Take a few Tiger Shrimp (in the shell) and devein, as seen here: but leave in the shell.

2 - Sprinkle a little salt and throw on the BBQ

3 - Prepare a sauté on a frying pan with: 2 to 4 heaping Tbsp of butter, 2 tsp of garlic, and some mild dried chilli with seeds or Tabasco or whatever product or degree of hotness you prefer and are comfortable with.

4 - Don't forget to turn the shrimp and just before they're fully cooked pull them into the sauté. Add a bit of beer (about 1/2 cup) and finish cooking in there. If the sauce is still very liquid take the shrimp out and let it reduce a bit then pour over the shrimp.

The quantities referred here are for about 6 to 8 shrimp but you can fine tune to your taste or add for more shrimp.

If you like dipping bread you'll love this sauce. The shrimp are good too.

Enjoy

P.S. - There is a TG Fine Cuisine Social Group that can be found here: http://www.tacticalgamer.com/groups/fine-cuisine.html why don't you guys join?
