For you exquisite seafood lovers...
I happened to be searching for a nice bunny wallpaper (as in the animal) when I ran into this blog: http://lizziee.wordpress.com/
A lot of the dishes look delicious, but quite a few of them were also at 3 star or higher fancy fair restaurants. I don't know what most of those food names are, but they sure look tasty!
Some pictures:

The blog is "Refined Palate". The servings seem large because the plates used are small.
First dish is oysters.
Second is Maine lobster roll with fries, in closeup so the chunks of lobster meat look large. The bun is similar to a hot dog bun, to give you an idea of scale.
The last dish:

Sardines, cherry tomatoes, white beans, arugula – an absolutely A+ dish. The white beans were actually a puree with rosemary, sage and olive oil. The dish was a bottom layer of toasted bread, then the white bean puree, then the sardines, the cherry tomatoes and topped with a bit of arugula – OH MY.

Read the blog too, lots more pictures. The girl (author of the blog) was even at a super fancy California party with lots of expensive food (including caviar) and loads of fine wine.

Re: For you exquisite seafood lovers...
Good Eats had an episode on crawfish in which he made a lobster roll from crawfish tail meat:
http://allaboutalton.blogspot.com/20...w-episode.html
The page for the episode lacks that recipe.

Here is one of my favorite sea food dishes:
Ceviche de Camaron:

Fried green plantains (also known as tostones) goes well with this dish:
Yummy. I will have to make this very soon!

Ceviche (also spelled as cebiche or seviche) is a form of citrus-marinated seafood appetizer, popular in mainly Latin American countries. Both finfish and shellfish are used; finfish is typically used raw while shellfish is typically cooked.

I love squeezing orange slices (instead of lemon) on my fish. (My favorite being sole.)
Now I'm hungry. I want to go over to Macaroni Grill and have their parmesan-encrusted sole with lemon butter sauce.
