Need for Speed Shift lets you capture screens from in game on your Xbox 360 (and PS3 I assume also) and upload them to www.needforspeed.com where all your stats and pics are saved... these are just 5 test screens from that feature, from one of the first races i did:
BTW, 1st race impressions... still very much an arcade racer, confusing presentation, but nice cars, sounds, and effects... does seem to encourage bad driving, I got a 10 clean passes achievement, in the same race I got a 10 dirty passes achievement, lol.
You get points for blocking, crashing others out, spinning them... and the wrecks are too easy and over the top, ala GRID... but thats only with 30 minutes in.
I wasn't that impressed with DiRT2 on day 1 either, but now think it's one of the best.
Look, a figure 8 course... lol... that sums it up thier... not that I don't appreciate that they put in a figure 8 course, they had it in GRID and it was one of my favorite MP spots, lol...
Well congrats to EA... they have really mastered the AI programming... the AI drive just like many of the players on MP servers... really... You try and clean pass they will bump you into the wall, you draft and slingshot they will cut you off... sure thats great, it is racing but they do it so much I thought I accidentally joined a live MP server, lol...
