Where as all our Military bases, NORAD, launch pads and area 51 are not? Why don't we just hand out maps and offer them a good rate on rental cars. This is fun and a hugh alert at the same time, this is just a taste of what BIG BROTHER has going on, they can read a car tag with a click of a button. But this a nice idea to see lots of things I would not get to see in my life time.

btw google earth beta 4 said it offered textures on 3d buildings, anymore know how to turn those on? I don't see an option for the textures to be enabled.|TG-12th|Undead

How old are you? I lived near Pantano and Escalante until I was 6 (moved to San Diego in 1981). I used to go out with the "big kids" and sneak into the graveyard to play in the planes until the MPs chased us off...

I'm 25 so I was born the year you moved away. We lived off of Prudence although I wouldn't know exactly which house without driving by it.

ha, thats really interesting. I didn't know google earth images ever were updated, my apartments have been here ehhh 2 years or so, and still are not updated on the image.
