My god. That is bloody awesome. I hate Ford but I have always been a fan of the MM Interceptor.
And yes, I too am wondering if your supercharger is functional and if so, is it on a switch like in the movie?
If you don't recall the supercharger in the movie wasn't always "engaged" since it was in a post nuclear war holocuast with fuel shortages across the board it was only used when he could get fuel easily.

It's a real supercharger but it's been gutted and a starter motor turns the pulley when you pull the switch. It's imposable to clutch drive an injected supercharger. It has a healthy 351 Cleveland in it. When I drive it I always have to pull over to answer a few questions about the car or people will fallow me home. It's an attention grabber. My dream car since I was 14
