I didn't know I wanted a desk like that all my life until now. But I want the house to fit it in even more. As George Carlin puts it, "a place for my stuff".

Heh... Growing up, my father had plans to build (have built) a house on some family property. For years you could find sheets of graph paper laying around the house with different houseplans sketched on 'em. In my room was to be a desk/bookshelf that covered an entire wall, just like your Wall o' Walnut. Eventually, I still want to live in a house that has a library in it, with floor to ceiling shelves on all four walls and a few comfy chairs to relax in...
