If the proffesor request the student be removed from the class, I would obliege. I can't stress it enough for order to be maintain in the class room. Sure, destroying the Cell-phone did not need to be done. I would have two strikes. Strike one, you leave the class (no grade penality). Strike two, your out of the class for good. BTW also. The one with the wind shield washers. The last vehicle did a nasty head butt on his shield. I do not feel sorry for them.
